Order Processing

Orders are processed, shipped, and delivered Monday through Friday. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on national holidays. All orders placed outside of the designated window will be processed the following business day. All orders placed after 3:00 PM(EST) will be processed the following business day.

We ship to internationally to all countries except Saudi Arabia. 

Returns and Exchanges

Returns will be accepted for full refund, exchange or credit up to 30 days from the date of receipt.

Please allow up to two weeks to process returns. Once your return has been processed, please allow two to three business days for the refund to appear on the credit card.

90-Day Warranty

COOMI offers a 90-day warranty against manufacturer’s defects on labor from the date of purchase. This warranty only covers defects in materials and workmanship and does not include damaged or missing gemstones or diamonds. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse or abuse, modification, attempted repair, negligence after purchase, wear and tear, or failure to follow the product care instructions. If your jewelry is deemed by COOMI to have a manufacturer’s defect, it will be replaced or reimbursed upon
